12th - July -2020

• There is a lockdown announced for one week period in Bangalore from 14th July. Since our warehouse is located in Bangalore, order dispatch will be delayed for all the orders placed from 12th July. 
• Delay could range from 7 to 15 days. We will update here if there are any dynamic changes in situation.

16TH-JUNE-2020

• Our Logistics partners have stopped order pickups for a weeks time to clear the congestion of the shipments that are on the way to customers. 
• We are observing same difficulties across all logistics partners. While we hope this should last for only a weeks time , we have taken a buffer period of another week to allow things normalize.
• However we are operating with full strength and we can dispatch the orders on the next day, but unfortunately logistics is broken up. We are in constant touch with logistics team and helping them sorting out issues if possible from our end. 
• We sincerely apreciate your support in these difficult times.

07-MAY-2020

• Orders will be dispatched from tomorrow to Green and Orange zones. Currently We will be dispatching only prepaid orders to facilitate contact-less delivery.
• Orders are dispatched on first come first serve basis.
• Our team will contact Cash on delivery customers to confirm the order and make payment since we will be able to ship only paid orders now.
• There could be delay in delivery due to challenges in some delivery areas.
